A stunning Brie Cheese and Cranberry Wreath, perfect for holiday gatherings, combining creamy Brie and tangy cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces), room temperature
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry circle.
  5. Spread the cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
  6. Sprinkle chopped rosemary and walnuts over the cranberry sauce.
  7. Fold the edges of the pastry over the cheese to create a wreath shape, and pinch to seal.
  8. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with crackers or sliced baguette and a side of fresh fruit. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
