Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender yet vibrant.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer. Let it bubble for a few moments to blend flavors.
  5. Add the cooked penne pasta and Parmesan cheese, mixing well to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half or plant-based cream. Leftover rotisserie chicken can be used for quicker prep.
