A whimsical drink featuring rich white chocolate and fluffy toasted marshmallows, perfect for cozy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk (or oat/almond milk for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup (170 g) white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup (75 g) mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips, whisking until completely melted and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla extract and salt, whisking to combine.
  4. Fill each serving mug with mini marshmallows.
  5. Ladle hot white chocolate over marshmallows.
  6. Toast the marshmallows using a kitchen torch for about 30 seconds or under a broiler for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
