A comforting blend of chicken, broccoli, and rice baked in a creamy cheese sauce, perfect for busy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with breadcrumbs if desired.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
