Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by heating olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken in the pan until golden seared and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side, then remove it from the pan.
  3. Sauté the garlic in the same pan until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Create the creamy base by pouring in the heavy cream and bringing it to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  5. Melt the cheese by stirring it in and mixing until it’s melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the chicken and sauce by returning the chicken to the pan and coating it in the creamy cheese sauce.
