A rich and creamy Chocolate Truffle Martini that perfectly balances sweetness and decadence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz vodka (vanilla or chocolate vodka)
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or mini chocolate truffles
  • Optional: chocolate syrup for rimming the glass

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
  2. Combine the vodka, chocolate liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  4. Empty the ice water from the martini glass and, if desired, rim the glass with chocolate syrup.
  5. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or a mini chocolate truffle on top.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the spirits with chocolate milkshake ingredients.
