A comforting and creamy chicken spaghetti dish cooked in a slow cooker, perfect for family meals.

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place your chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Prepare the spaghetti according to package instructions 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix everything together.
  7. Serve over the spaghetti with shredded cheese on top.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding spinach or bell peppers. This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
