A comforting bowl of creamy garlic chicken ramen that brings warmth and flavor to your dining table.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, snow peas, and carrots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides for about 5 minutes each, then remove and set aside.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken with two forks while the noodles are cooking.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and mixed vegetables, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Add the shredded chicken back to the pot, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep or substitute with shrimp or tofu for variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
