A creamy and spicy dip perfect for gatherings, inspired by summer barbecues and cozy get-togethers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  2. Next, fold in the shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Toss in the diced jalapeños along with the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Once out of the oven, let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize the heat by adjusting the amount of jalapeños. Substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt or sour cream for a lighter option.
