A luxurious cocktail combining coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and a decadent chocolate swirl, perfect for cozy gatherings or unwinding.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Kahlúa or coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Baileys)
  • 2 oz (60 ml) heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) chocolate syrup (e.g., Hershey’s)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping
  • Optional: chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside your chosen glass and chill it in the fridge.
  2. Measure out the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, and heavy cream.
  3. Combine all ingredients with about 1 cup (240 ml) of ice cubes in a blender or cocktail shaker.
  4. Blend on high for 30 seconds or shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
  5. Pour the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass over the chocolate drizzle.
  6. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or cocoa powder if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different brands of Irish cream liqueur and flavored vodka for variations. A non-alcoholic version can be made with chocolate milk and coffee syrup.
