A rich and indulgent dish featuring tender chicken breasts enveloped in a crispy, golden crust served with a luscious garlic cream sauce.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Melt the butter in the same skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring until thickened.
  9. Plate the crispy chicken and drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top.

Notes

For best results, ensure chicken breasts are even in thickness for uniform cooking. Don’t rush the browning stage for added flavor.
