A delightful dish featuring tender chicken breasts with a crunchy Parmesan crust, topped with a rich garlic sauce.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Simmer the heavy cream in the skillet with the garlic until slightly thickened.
  9. Serve the chicken with the garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra crunch, add panko breadcrumbs. For a lighter alternative, use a milk substitute for heavy cream.
