A comforting and creamy pasta bake featuring tender chicken and a delightful blend of pesto and cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pesto sauce, cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken for time-saving; add vegetables for extra nutrition; substitute half-and-half for lighter cream.
