A quick and comforting dish featuring pasta, succulent chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing.

  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix in the cooked bacon, ranch dressing, and Parmesan cheese, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Combine the chicken mixture with the cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
  6. Serve warm, garnishing with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dish can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
