A vibrant and refreshing pasta salad packed with protein from chicken and fresh veggies, dressed in a tangy ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and let it cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, and chopped fresh vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the ranch dressing over the mixture and toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
