A creamy, comforting pasta dish with spicy sausage and flavorful Cajun seasoning.

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb spicy sausage
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until nicely browned.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic in the skillet until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning based on your preference for spice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
