Delightful crisp rice paper dumplings filled with savory ground meat and vibrant veggies, perfect for gatherings or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or shrimp)
  • Chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, or mushrooms)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground meat, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each rice paper wrapper and fold tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
