Delicious, crispy baked cauliflower bites paired with a rich garlic sauce, perfect for appetizers or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned florets evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.
  5. Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and paprika in a bowl to make the garlic sauce.
  6. Serve the warm cauliflower bites with the garlic sauce drizzled or as a dip.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
