Delicious, crispy baked chicken wings that are simple to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Lay the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not touching.
  4. Spray the wings lightly with cooking spray or drizzle them with a little oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, place them on a wire rack on the baking sheet during cooking. Ensure wings are thoroughly dry before applying seasoning.
