Ingredients

  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 cups Rice, cooked
  • Fresh vegetables (e.g., cucumber, bell peppers, carrots)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by cutting into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the salmon pieces in cornstarch until well coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Sauté the salmon pieces in the pan until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Make the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  6. Toss the cooked salmon bites in the bang bang sauce until well coated.
  7. Assemble the bowls by serving the salmon over cooked rice, topped with fresh vegetables.

Notes

For crispiness, ensure oil is hot before adding salmon. Store leftovers separately for best results.
