A delightful crispy chicken dish paired with a creamy, spicy sauce and served on a bed of fluffy jasmine rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until it’s fluffy and aromatic.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat and season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry the seasoned chicken strips until they’re golden brown and fully cooked through.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing together the heavy cream, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  5. Combine the crispy chicken with the sauce until coated nicely.
  6. Serve the chicken on top of jasmine rice and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a milder spice level, adjust the amount of sriracha according to your taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
