  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Lettuce, for serving
  • Tomato slices, for serving
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and dill.
  3. Dredge the seasoned chicken in flour, dip it into the beaten egg, and coat it with breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake the coated chicken on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the aioli by mixing together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt.
