Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Combine the halved Brussels sprouts and sliced carrots in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then pour in the maple syrup. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
