A delightful dish that features crunchy, golden chicken breasts coated in a flavorful mixture, served with a creamy garlic sauce that brings comfort and joy to your dining experience.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, followed by coating with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the chicken and place in a baking dish.
  7. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  8. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  9. Pour the garlic sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
  11. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider using panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs.
