Delight in the crispy, caramelized magic of roasted cauliflower topped with melty cheddar cheese.

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the coated florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, let the seasoned cauliflower sit for up to an hour before roasting. You can also experiment with different cheeses or spices.
