A delightful twist on the classic cheesesteak, this Crock Pot Cheesesteak Tortellini combines tender beef, savory cheeses, and delightful tortellini for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the thinly sliced beef, bell pepper, onion, and beef broth in the Crock Pot. Stir gently.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, add the cheese tortellini.
  4. Once the tortellini is tender, stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.

Notes

Pre-slice beef by partially freezing for easier cutting. Feel free to substitute veggies or cheeses as per preference.
