A comforting and creamy dish that combines tender chicken and egg noodles in a delicious broth, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 package of egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return to the crockpot.
  6. Add the frozen peas and carrots, and stir.
  7. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then add them to the crockpot.
  8. Mix well and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option. Leftovers can be stored for up to 4 days in the fridge or frozen for up to three months.
