Tender beef chuck roast slow-cooked in savory broth served on hoagie rolls, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • Sliced provolone or mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Chuck Roast: Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
