  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour chicken broth over them. Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Carefully remove the chicken from the crockpot, shred it, and set aside.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese into the crockpot, letting it heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and shredded chicken to the sauce in the crockpot and stir to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
