A refreshing and invigorating lemonade made with cucumber, mint, and fresh lemons, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 cups water
  • 23 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber and wash it thoroughly under cool water, then slice into thin rounds.
  2. Gather the fresh mint leaves, rinse gently, and let them dry on a towel.
  3. Mix the sliced cucumber, fresh mint leaves, and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Muddle gently to release flavors.
  4. Pour in the water, stirring thoroughly. Optionally replace some water with club soda.
  5. Sweeten to taste by adding honey or agave syrup, stirring well.
  6. Chill the lemonade by filling glasses with ice and pouring the drink over it. Garnish with cucumber slices or mint sprigs.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight pitcher in the refrigerator and enjoy within 24-48 hours.
