  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup bacon bits
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh vegetables in a large bowl: cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh dill, green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
  2. Whisk together ranch seasoning mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
