Indulgent truffles made with Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and Irish cream liqueur, perfect for celebrations and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles or cocoa powder for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs, cream cheese, and Irish cream liqueur until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
  7. Garnish with sprinkles or cocoa powder while chocolate is wet.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate sets (15-20 minutes) and serve.
