A comforting and delicious bake loaded with ground beef, Italian sausage, pepperoni, and gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (hamburger)
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread or pizza dough for the base

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef and sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out the bread or pizza dough in a baking dish, then layer the meat mixture on top.
  6. Add pepperoni slices on top of the meat mixture, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over everything.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
