Delicious Grilled BLT Wraps

A flavorful twist on the classic BLT sandwich rolled up in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Sauté the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with a pinch of salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread the seasoned mayonnaise over it.
  4. Add romaine lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon on the tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly around the fillings.
  6. Heat your panini press or grill and place the wrap on it until golden brown.
  7. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier version, use turkey bacon or a plant-based alternative.
