  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts or seeds (e.g., almonds, walnuts, chia seeds)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (e.g., cranberries, raisins)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, mixed nuts, dried fruits, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
