A delightful blend of chicken breasts marinated in dill pickle juice and coated with a crunchy Parmesan breadcrumb crust, offering a unique and flavorful dish.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Coat each marinated chicken breast in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Sear the chicken in a hot skillet with oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra pickles if desired.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider marinating overnight and adding herbs to the breadcrumb mixture.
