  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil or spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Combine the grated parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
