  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like chives or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while you chop the bell pepper and onion.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, adding a dash of salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and diced bell pepper for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked ham and allow it to heat through. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the ingredients in the skillet and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, until the egg is set and the top is golden.
