Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni by boiling salted water, adding elbow macaroni, and cooking until al dente. Drain and cool completely.
