A rich and indulgent fudge featuring dark chocolate and sweet cherries, perfect for cozy nights or gatherings.

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweet cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking dish by lining an 8×8 inch dish with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over the sides.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring gently until smooth.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and chopped cherries, ensuring even distribution.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm to the touch.
  6. Slice the set fudge into squares and serve either chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For a less sweet option, substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips. You can also add sea salt on top for an enhanced flavor.
