A delightful and refreshing appetizer perfect for Easter gatherings, featuring smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh vegetables wrapped in tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over the tortilla wraps.
  2. Layer slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Scatter capers and fresh dill over the salmon.
  4. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange cucumber slices on top of the salmon.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly but gently.
  7. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve or refrigerate until ready.

Notes

For best results, use softened cream cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
