A quick and simple air fryer cod recipe that’s bursting with flavors of lemon, garlic, and paprika—perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.

  • 2 Cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the cod fillets with the seasoned mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the coated cod fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and flaky.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes
