A quick and easy recipe for classic Greek tzatziki sauce, perfect for summer picnics and barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix well until blended.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
