  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, blending together the ground pork, salt, black pepper, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, ready when a drop of water sizzles.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until beautifully browned and cooked through.
