  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, broccoli florets, and chopped green onions until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed buttery crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
