A simple yet flavorful cranberry sauce that brings a burst of flavor to any holiday meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add fresh cranberries and orange juice to the saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. If desired, add a pinch of cinnamon for added warmth.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

Notes

Taste the sauce before serving and adjust sugar or orange juice as needed. For a smoother texture, blend the sauce after cooling.
