A creamy and rich fudge infused with the comforting flavors of eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup crushed pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in the nuts, if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate until set, approximately 2-3 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and serve with glee.

Notes

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
