  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it ready for roasting those sweet potatoes.
  2. Toss the diced sweet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until they’re well coated.
