  • 4 oz sliced salami, cut into strips
  • 1 cup green olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the cheeses in a large mixing bowl, mixing well.
  2. Add the sliced salami and halved olives to the cheese mixture.
  3. Whisk the marinade ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined.
  4. Pour the marinade over the cheese mixture, ensuring everything is coated.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes, preferably overnight.
  6. Stir gently before serving and adjust seasoning if necessary.
