Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Extra Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until all crumbs are coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour the Filling: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Chill the Cheesecake: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream and extra Oreo cookies.
